If you write a `.sage` file then you don't need to import `ascii_art`. If
you write a Python file then you are supposed to import `sage.all` and not
individual bits and pieces. The precise layout inside the Sage namespace
is an implementation detail, we can't possibly make any promises about
that and still be able to refactor code. For starters, there is no
framework to test so its going to be broken anyways.
