To me it is an assertion without proof. You tell me that everything is
already double-logged, while I have my eyes on a generic rule that you add
that double-logs everything automatically. Is it now triple-logged?
I also asked you in my last comment why you wouldn't move this logging to
the other file, so that it only applies to the 'build' rule, but you did
not answer that.
