It looks like you merged in beta3 first and then beta4. However something
seems wrong in your `build/pkgs` folder. Let's see if I remember my git-
foo...try running:
{{{
git checkout build/pkgs develop
}}}
and see if that restores those files. You can run
{{{
git diff --name-status develop
}}}
to see the files which have changed from your version of `develop`.
