Another question: What is the reason for having `CombinatorialFreeModule`
in `sage.combinat`? Is it just since the author is a "combinat guy"? I
actually never understood the adjective "combinatorial" in
`CombinatorialFreeModule`---what is it, in contrast to just any
`FreeModule`, and is there a compelling reason for not having it in
`sage.modules`?
