Even just inside {{{dancing_links.pyx}}}, the class is called a Wrapper
for the C++ code and {{{dlx_solver}}} is a function that calls the
constructor of the wrapper...
Also I would not but this in {{{combnat/matrices}}} just because the exact
cover problem can be represented as a 0-1 matrix...
