If you can tell me what uname and uname -m return on that particular VM I
can at least hack in my best guess (in the next release -- I'm not fixing
to issue another patch to 2.5).
And yeah, you'll need a bunch of gnu tools to get anywhere on BSD. gmake
and probably others.
