So what will happen to the `p_group_cohomology` package, for example? Will
it completely disappear from the lists of available packages? If this is
the plan, then I object. We would need some sort of official deprecation
period for old-style packages, and at the end of that period (which could
be strictly enforced, unlike some of our other deprecation time tables),
then we delete all old-style packages.
