The switch to include NULL denominators still isn't quite done. However,
I *think* addition and multiplication are bug-free already and show
another massive improvement in speed. There are definitely still bugs in
the division method, and the modular exponentiation as well as the gcd
methods aren't implemented yet. I should be able to look into this
tomorrow.
