Some of the bits included in the patch are clean up:
* `cliquer`: removed MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET, this is set globaly and
putting 10.3 means rpath cannot be used if we go that route (bit me when
the first version of this was focusing on rpathing everything)
* `conway_polynomials`: the modification enable it to be installed without
segfaulting `sage`. The `import` statement is pinpointed to the only
needed bit.
* `git`: `openssl` was first disabled if you use 10.8 and then just
disabled on any OS X.
