Building with `SAGE_DEBUG=1` to try to get to the root of the present
segfault. `maxima` will not build on top of `ecl` built with
`SAGE_DEBUG=1` (regardless of setting for `maxima` itself). I do not know
if it is unique to `El Capitan`.
