A huge amount -- starting with writing tons of doctests for power
series, pyrex integer_ring, etc.
* changed before of polynomial and power series slicing to return
objects of the same type,
which is much more consistent.
* optimized integer constructor
* improved random number generation (e.g., ZZ.random_element())
ten times faster and more
flexible.
* separated out pmem_malloc
