 I think that if you can 'track' this down it would be very useful - this
 isn't the only time someone's wanted to get off a cc: list after having
 been added in good faith.  (Sometimes added accidentally to a wrong
 ticket, too, and then impossible to get off.)  So if you can, thank you
 for finding it!
