Please see #19832. Do not hesitate to add yourself to the CC list there,
I'll refrain from doing it for yinz.
@vbraun: thanks for that link; it seems like there is a trade-off here.
I'll add it to the other bug and investigate whether I can deal with this
ticket in my Notifications preferences. In any case, my suggestion in the
new ticket would be a usable stopgap measure.
