Two more issues:
13. Since the code was moved from `sage.misc` to `sage.data_structures`,
do we need a deprecation?
14. Since `lazy_list`s are immutable, wouldn't the name `lazy_tuple` be
more suitable? To rephrase: Help me understand, what makes it a list and
not a tuple?
