Comment:

 The R console error is old. This ticket changes nothing on that part
 anyways.

 Your doc error is unrelated, too... this ticket changes nothing on the
 documentation. I don't whats wrong, how did you install Sage in /usr
 anyways. Are you sure you call the right sage install? Where does
 /usr/local/sage/local/share/jupyter/kernels/sagemath/doc link to?
