 Sorry, I messed up with my git branches in the push before that.
 Anyway, my last commit fixes a bug related to `decode_to_code`: the loops
 I was using to insert elements in lists were failing because they were
 expecting to receive the positions to insert as a sorted list of
 positions.
 I wrote a helper functions to deal with this, and it now works fine.
 This is still open for review (and this time, I cannot find any more
 issues).
