 > `cdef` methods/functions are not callable from Sage (i.e., python). They
 technically don't need to be doctested. However, there should be an
 `EXAMPLES::` that has a function that (indirectly) calls the
 method/function in question.
 The methods that call `_rgcd`, `_inplace_rrem`, etc have not been added to
 this ticket. These are part of another ticket that I will create a little
 later. The indirect doctests for these methods can be added at that point.
