Comment:

 New patch. Before applying this patch, you are strongly recomended to
 update the file
 local/share/maxima/5.19.1/share/contrib/solve_rat_ineq.mac to
 
[http://maxima.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/maxima/maxima/share/contrib/solve_rat_ineq.mac?revision=1.8
 fixed version].

 The package does not parse maxima's output involwing 'not equal', like
 x#0. Perhaps trac #1163 or another trac resolve this problem later.
