The updated spkg package for Maxima is at
[http://user.mendelu.cz/marik/sage/maxima-5.19.1.p1.spkg].
Install this new spkg to make examples introduced in patch work (they are
choosen to ensure that the file solve_rat_ineq.mac has been fixed).
The updated patch is trac-7325-inequalities-3.patch
