I've now added two patches to this. The first one ``trac383.patch``
contains all three patches from ticket #383. The second patch
``trac4000_rebase_431rc0_383.patch`` is the main patch from this patch,
which is now rebased on 4.3.1.rc0 *and* the first patch. With this, the
only remaining doctests failures are
