Based on David's
[http://boxen.math.washington.edu/home/kirkby/portability/prereq-0.7
prereq-0.7], I have attached two patches showing differences between
prereq-0.6 and prereq-0.7. I think the changes are made in `prereq-
install` and `configure.ac`, so only patches affecting these two files are
attached. These patches are for references only to show differences
between the older and newer versions. Do not apply them, but instead use
the updated package at
http://boxen.math.washington.edu/home/kirkby/portability/prereq-0.7
