trac_7608-networkx-mega.patch is a rolled-up patch, rebased on 4.4.alpha1,
folding three previous patches together, plus includes fourth patch that
fixes some edge-label output in doctests new to the 4.4 series.
Builds, passes long tests. Documentation builds without warnings.
Jason - can you just check the few places where a {{{None}}} is replaced
by an empty dictionary in new bipartite graph doctests that output edges?
Small information patch is available so you can quickly see the changes.
