 Yes, {{{Modules()}}} requires a base ring. There is currently no category
 of modules, but only a category of R-modules for any ring R. This is why I
 used {{{CommutativeAdditiveGroups()}}} in several cases.

 Missing where? In the doc string?

 Concerning positive review, note that technically this ticket depends on
 #8807, which has no review yet.
