{{{sage.rings.complex_number.create_ComplexNumber()}}} also needs work.
(It doesn't "strip" trailing/fractional zeros, but also doesn't treat a
given exponent correctly. Bases (other than 10) aren't supported; perhaps
it should just call {{{create_RealNumber()}}} or use the same code to
compute the necessary precision once this operates as desired.)
