Nevermind, I finally saw the API-versioning link in your comment :-)
I added `AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE([1.11])` to the spkg, and the updated version is
at the usual place http://www.stp.dias.ie/~vbraun/Sage/spkg/cddlib-
094f.p7.spkg
