I fixed the hunk reject and your patch seems to work fine. The exit codes
match up with what {{{sage-doctest}}} says (although I didn't check exit
code 4, since I don't know how to make the doctesting framework raise an
exception). I tried with individual files, directories, with and without
"-long", so it seems to work pretty well on my Ubuntu machine.
