I did a

[vbr...@localhost sage]$ rm ./spkg/optional/Jmol_for_SageNoteBook-1.1.spkg
[vbr...@localhost sage]$ ./sage -f
http://www.uwosh.edu/faculty_staff/gutow/Jmol_for_SageNoteBook-1.1.spkg
}}}
and it re-downloaded the Jmol spkg. Still fails with the same error
message.
