Jeroen, the last changes to p3 ({{{SPKG.txt}}}, {{{patches/README.txt}}})
aren't yet committed.
Thanks for setting up the Wiki page.
I'm working on #9722 btw, still hoping that it will make it into 4.5.3,
since I don't believe 4.6 will be ready in time, and/or don't expect
people to install a brand new major release (despite the ".0" missing)
right before a new semester starts.
I'll take a closer look at p3 later; I don't think {{{PARI_EXTRA_OPTS}}}
is yet documented though.
