From a first glance, the graphics detection in svn-12577 is cleaner, so
the changes regarding that will be, too.
It's still not robust, and needs the same fixes as PARI 2.3.5, e.g.
* add {{{libstdc++}}} for {{{plotfltk}}},
* handle libraries in {{{.../lib64}}} directories,
* make sure FLTK include directory really exists,
* less annoying/clarified messages.
I haven't yet dealt with graphics support using Qt, which can break the
build, too. I.e., the detection should be improved to either give an error
earlier or disable Qt in case not all required components are available.
Most of the other changes ({{{spkg-install}}}) still apply. In addition,
there are superfluous tests of {{{$?}}} at the end which I had not removed
in 2.3.5.p4 (but added comments to remove them).
