I'm happy with that. I assume you are too.
You may feel it more appropriate to put us both as authors and both as
reviewers. That would seem most logical to me. Leave Peter as a reviewer
too, since he did make a comment before that the code looked OK, though he
was unable to test it.
Perhaps I can wake up and see "positive review". Luckily I don't have any
heart problems - otherwise the shock would probably kill me!
I've checked it on both platforms where it installs (Solaris, HP-UX) and
where it does not (Linux). It behaves as expected.
