No, there's a problem if SPKG_CHECK is set to "yes" on {{{sage.math}}}. It
happens to be on the bit of code I was suspicious of - i.e. line 21 of
{{{spkg-check}}}

iconv will not be installed, as we only need to build it on
Solaris, HP-UX and Cygwin, as the system's iconv will be used
on other platforms, rather than the one shipped with Sage.
