 has suggested on sage-release] that we set `SAGE_BINARY_BUILD='yes'` by
 default.  Thoughts?

 '''Defiantly not.'''

 The problem here is PIL looking for things in /usr/local. This is
 happening during the build process. I don't see how this is going to help
 this problem. The reason for looking for things in {{{/usr/local}}} needs
 to be resolved. Adding options like

 {{{
 $ export SAGE_INCLUDE_pil_greatest-ever-library=/usr/local/greatest-ever-
 library
 }}}

 would be OK by me. Forcing {{{SAGE_BINARY_BUILD=yes}}} is not the answer
 IMHO.
