has suggested on sage-release] that we set `SAGE_BINARY_BUILD='yes'` by
default. Thoughts?
As far as I understand this, one has to (manually) copy the build system's
respective shared libraries into {{{$SAGE_LOCAL/lib}}} (''before''
building PIL) anyhow to make this effective. (Probably some headers into
{{{$SAGE_LOCAL/include}}}, too.) So enabling {{{SAGE_BINARY_BUILD}}} by
default (where?) doesn't make much sense to me.
