 Hmmm, this is really odd:

 Since the {{{sage_scripts}}} spkg has been updated, and is part of
 {{{$(BASE)}}}, and '''all''' standard packages depend on {{{$(BASE)}}},
 '''all''' packages were rebuilt during upgrade.

 (This is "correct", but except for the number of packages that have to be
 downloaded, this isn't better than rebuilding the new Sage version from
 source. Unfortunately, for this release. I wonder if we can improve
 {{{spkg/standard/deps}}}, or avoid updating {{{sage_scripts}}} [to often]
 in the future.)
