[http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/jdemeyer/dist/sage-4.6.upgradetest_alpha1/spkg/install]
 is still the old one. Or maybe with the activity on sage.math (with
 William working on /home, etc.), it got changed back to the old one?

 That's a total mess. It's not ''still'', it's '''again''' the old one!

 Hopefully trac isn't affected by such...

 I only wonder if {{{spkg/install}}} gets somehow again overwritten during
 the upgrade process, since '''after''' the upgrade, I again have the old
 version, though I verified the new one was downloaded in the first place
 (and otherwise I wouldn't have run into the ''rebuild all'' issue;
 {{{sage-spkg}}} was definitely called with {{{-f}}}).

 Perhaps it (i.e. the old version) got later again downloaded when doing
 the ''Double-checking...''.

 And perhaps William should follow Dave and enable the ZIL (on an SSD).
