I've successfully built and tested 4.6.alpha1 (from scratch) with a
''modified'' {{{deps}}} file where only the Sage library spkg depends on
the Sage scripts, with 32 jobs on an already 50% loaded system.
So as I expected, adding the scripts to {{{$(BASE)}}} is obsolete.
I'll upload a {{{...deps.v2}}} later, which then avoids rebuilding ''all''
packages on every upgrade.
