LOL, we should in any case rename our {{{install}}} which comes from
{{{sage_scripts}}} and is first copied to {{{$SAGE_LOCAL/bin}}} (which is
in the path!).
So it happened that the scripts spkg got installed during
{{{libtermcap}}}s installation / {{{configure}}}, and that found '''our'''
{{{install}}} as a BSD-compatible install.
I'm happy removing {{{sage_scripts}}} from {{{$(BASE)}}} also solves this!
