According to the Sage installation guide:

 http://www.sagemath.com/doc/installation/source.html

''As of this writing, Sage is known to work on Linux (32-bit x86, 64-bit
 x86-64, IA64, or 32-bit PPC)''

 http://wiki.sagemath.org/SupportedPlatforms

says Sage is supported on 32-bit PPC too. There are pages on 64-bit PPC
and MIPS ports too, though I'm not aware of anyone working on them. So if
there are targets, it would be worth considering adding them. But I would
forget about Linux on SPARC - I can't imagine anyone wanting to port Sage
 to SPARC Linux.
