It's looking for a directory that Robert Miller (rlm) created, probably on
sage.math. My guess is that somewhere inside the Mercurial repository, it
stored some information about where it came from, and is using that
information.
You use {{{hg push}}} when you want to push changesets to another
repository; in this case, you don't want to do that. I'm guessing you want
to use {{{hg import}}} and then possibly {{{hg update}}} to update the
working directory.
