If this hasn't been tested on OS X 10.4 PPC, I'm glad to do it. I'll go
ahead and install the packge on 4.6.1.alpha0, but it's not clear to me
what other patches need to be imported. In general, someone should clean
up the Description - for instance, it has the wrong link to the spkg.
