Minh, your patches look fine, I made some minor changes to {{{Makefile}}}
and {{{spkg-install}}}.
New spkg:
[http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/jdemeyer/spkg/sphinx-1.0.4.p1.spkg]
spkg patch: [attachment:sphinx-1.0.4.p1.patch]
Works on sage.math.washington.edu, it would probably be good to test on
other machines too.
