 I was not saying having the 64-bit libraries only in /usr/lib64 was mis-
 configured - I would expect that. What I question is why the 64-bit
 libraries are not found. I would have thought the operating system would
 have been configured so linking them would find them, without one needing
 to specify a path. Clearly if the libraries are in a non-standard place,
 then I would expect it, but not when they are in the standard
