I aimed at '''removing''' the Python dependency of ATLAS. ;-)
I'm not in principle against using Python for installation scripts, but
unless Python gets a prerequisite (or of course is required by the package
or its prerequisites anyway)...
Maybe we somehow should support `SAGE_ALLOW_SYSTEM_PYTHON_FOR_BUILD`.
