I think these would resolve most of my concerns:
* Under the Functions tab, clicking the link to get info from a sleeping
JMOL gives an error and doesn't retrieve info
* When an applet is sleeping, it says "Sleeping...". Maybe make that
text instead say "Click to interact" and make it a link that is the same
link as the "Wake this 3-D view" link is.
* The controls to the right of the actual applet being hidden by
default, with an "Advanced" button that makes the div slide out or slide
back in. We include jquery, so doing something with, for example,
slideToggle (http://api.jquery.com/slideToggle/) might be really easy.
