Just a comment to Jonathan - William changed the description to have both
sets of spkgs be 1.1.4, but I think that only one of them was supposed to
be (to enable testing for sage > or < 4.5). If that's so, please change
the instructions back.
Also still need
* testing on Linux? Or maybe Jason did that
* at least SOME testing with a VM, if possible before release (?)
* A new sagenb package, though that wouldn't be needed for positive
review of this, it would just be needed for actually incorporating it :)
