I'll test this as soon as I can, but for now I have other things that must
take priority. It's going to take some effort to test this with the
different possibilities for the environment variables.
A couple of points.
* Did you sort out the depreciated Python code?
* Is there revised documentation which explains the role of
SAGE_ATLAS_LIB? (I don't see a patch attached to the ticket, and as John
remarks, this is quite important).
