Oh, I remember now. I changed the `SAGE_ATLAS_LIB` semantics such that one
has to specify `/path/lib` instead of `/path`. This was changed because
otherwise the spkg-install has to hardcode `/lib` but some OS'es use
`/lib32`, `/lib64`, etc. The header must now be in
`SAGE_ATLAS_LIB/../include`.
