Though thinking about it, thats also insufficient. For example, Fedora
puts the ATLAS shared libraries into `/usr/lib64/atlas`, so the headers
are not in `../include`. How about we'll have a library/header search
path. If it consists of a single entry, it'll try to append `/lib` and
`/include`. Useful yet backward-compatible.
