This looks good to me, and #10039 has positive review now. It seems that
Andrey's request to let Polyhedron objects be allowed as Cone input has
been addressed, as well as the other issues he raised.
All tests in the geometry module pass with these patches on linux
(64-bit), solaris (mark on skynet), and OS X 10.6.
I would give a positive review, but I will defer to Andrey in case of
design disagreements.
