`ordered` seems unintuitive to me, let's stick with `keep_order` as the
middle-length option.
I think that functions adjusting default behaviour are awesome and
convenient (for those who use them). `automatic_names` comes to mind and
there is something else similar in spirit. But if you are totally against
it, scratch 3&4.
